Aluminium Plant Podgorica

 Kombinat aluminijuma Podgorica (Aluminum Plant Podgorica) is majority owned and managed by the Central European Aluminum Company (CEAC) and is Montenegro’s biggest industrial company, generating 51% of its exports. KAP produces 120,000 tons of aluminum each year and, including the staff at its processing plants, employees more than 2,500 people.

Bauxite Mines Niksic

Rudnici Boksita Nišić (Bauxite Mines Niksic) are part of Central European Aluminum Company (CEAC) and was the first mining company founded in Montenegro. The annual production output is defined with concession agreement as 650,000 tonnes of ore. Bauxite Mines employees 1200 people.
