Viacheslav Krylov, CEO of CEAC. Mr. Krylov has developed extensive expertise in metallurgy and energy sector, holding a variety of top managerial positions. Viacheslav Krylov spent over ten years with Basic Element Group, where he held various top positions: Commercial Director at the Sayanal and Rostar aluminum smelters, where he successfully implemented a number of production improvement projects; Deputy CEO for Metallurgy and Deputy CEO for Procurement at UC RUSAL; CEO at Continental Management. Prior joining to the Company, he was CEO of Atol Corporation and Deputy CEO of INTERRAO, in charge of foreign generation assets.Mr. Krylov successfully led restructuring, investments and R&D projects, as well as projects of changing organizational structure and corporate culture. He graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute ( Technical University) and received his PhD (Economy) at State University of Management. Viacheslav Krylov is also a member of the Assembly of Deputies of the Archangelsk region.
Dmitry Potroubatch was appointed Chief Financial Officer of CEAC in March 2008, and is responsible for the management of the Group’s financial and economic activities. He previously held a number of executive positions in RUSAL: he was CFO of RUSAL in Guinea; Head of Group Projects for Foreign Assets; and Director of the management systems department in the Alumina Division of UC RUSAL Holding in Moscow. Mr Potroubatch was responsible for integration of foreign assets into the structure of RUSAL. He implemented business processes in accordance with Group standards, and managed the budgeting and financial planning process, developing finance staff within foreign business units. Mr Potroubatch is a member of the Boards of Directors of KAP and Bauxite Mines Niksic. He graduated in 1997 from the Russian Academy for Foreign Trade, where he specialized in the World Economy. In 1992 he graduated as an engineer systems analyst from the Moscow Aircraft Institute. Latterly, he qualified in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) with Ernst &Young in 2005 and in management of production costs at the European Management Center in 2004.
Maxim Nikitin was appointed General Counsel of CEAC in 2007. He supports and advises all business functions, controls legal departments within the assets of the CEAC Group, and is in charge of legal monitoring and analysis. He also ensures compliance with the company's Policies and Standards with legislation. Mr. Nikitin is a member of the Boards of Directors of Bauxite Mines Niksic. Mr. Nikitin was previously Head of the Legal Department at Tele2 Russia and Legal Director at Polar Quartz. He graduated from Moscow State Law Academy and from Moscow State Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law. Afterwards he specialized as Magister of Business Administration in strategic management. Leonid Krylov, Executive Director of KAP. Prevoiusly, Leonid Krilov held position of Director of Aluminium at KAP. Prior to joining to KAP, he occupied the position of Chief Metallurgist, Technical Director and Development Director at Aluminium Plant Sayanogorsk, as well as the position of Production Director at RUSAL. Mr. Krylov graduated at Leningrad Polytechnic Faculty. Additional specialization in light metal industry, he gained during postgraduate studies at the same Faculty. He participated in modernization of all potlines of smelter in Aluminium Plant in Sayanogorsk, managed revisions at company Bauxites of Kindija, in Aluminium Plant Alscon (Nigeria). Igor Kisenkov was appointed Executive Director of Bauxite Mines Niksic in September 2006. He started his career as a design engineer specializing in solar power plant optic systems at the Solar Power Plant Design Laboratory. He was later appointed Deputy Head of the Laboratory, supervising the SES-5 MW Solar Power Plant Project. As a Senior Expert, Mr. Kisenkov worked for the USSR Ministry of Power and Electrification in the Department for Foreign Economic Relations in Moscow. He was General manager of the Alcoa plastic packaging plant in the Moscow region for six years. Mr. Kisenkov graduated in 1983 with a degree in Physics from The People’s Friendship University in Moscow, after specializing in radiophysics – solid state matter surface studies. In 1994 he graduated from The All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade in Moscow with a degree in Economics, after specializing in international economic relations. |
