SIGNED FACILITY AGREEMENTS INTRODUCTION INTO REVITALISATION OF KAP’S BUSINESS OPERATION |
 Podgorica, 20 November 2009 – Representatives of CEAC, management of KAP, OTP Bank and Government of Montenegro have signed today Loan Facility Agreements for restructuring, refinancing, social programme implementation, state guarantees, as well as for rescheduling debts towards Montenegrobonus. |

SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT SIGNED |
 Podgorica, 16 November 2009 – Creation of premisis for sustainable development of aluminum industry in Montenegro, preserved production in Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica and Bauxite Mines, jobs for around 1500 employees, secured participation in export, contribution to state budget through payment of taxes, contributions and fees – represent some of the basic elements of Settlement Agreement signed between En+ Group and the Government of Montenegro.

Key Task - Restructuring |
 Podgorica, 28 July 2009 – KAP’s Board of Directors had a working meeting today with representatives of the World Bank, where they discussed macroeconomic situation in Montenegrin economy, role and importance of KAP, as well as consequences of global economic crisis KAP is facing. During this visit, they exchanged their opinions about state and real sector in aluminum production in Montenegro, as well as key parameters of economic model of KAP’s restructuring.
